 Our secretariat will contact you within 24 hours in order to confirm the contact and schedule the first e-meeting. You will be asked to have all the diagnostic material related to your problem as well as the medical opinion available. You will choose and discuss with the secretariat the way and time of communication you prefer. Duration of the first session 30 'to 40' minutes.

Step 3: first session.

 The case is evaluated by a physiotherapist through a modern video conference. You will have the opportunity to see your physiotherapist and discuss extensively the musculoskeletal problem that concerns you. You will be asked for a detailed history of the problem, how it started, your habits, your work. You will perform specific movements, as you would in our physical space, to observe what movements you can do, with or without pain.

Step 4: Healing.

If the problem that concerns you can be solved with self-management instructions as well as with a special kinesiotherapy program, you will receive within 48 hours, in the email that you have entered in the contact form, the entire individual package of your physiotherapy. It is very important to understand that this is not a simple electronic contact between the user and the physiotherapist. We enable the user to use an interactive digital platform with online instructions and video. We guide him safely in the correct execution of his individual program according to his problem. Step 5: Progress.

Within the first ten days, as you continue your program, we schedule a second online session where we will monitor your progress.

This includes:

  1. New communication with your physiotherapist.
  2. Reassess your progress.
  3. Redefine your kinesitherapy program.
  4. New program, if required.
  5. Schedule the next or final session to get as close as possible to the goal of a complete cure.

Step 6: final session.

You will receive instructions as well as an exercise book necessary to maintain the result and your optimal musculoskeletal health. Instructions for returning to your previous activities, hobbies, sport. As well as tips to reduce the risk of injury in the future.
